2 Guys, 1 Camera, 4 Legs to Kick Some Ass

Recently we have read about Fatine, click here. 

Now the  argument is not about his or shall I say “she” overstaying in UK but more on how people judge her. I like to make it clear the definition of “transsexual” and other meaning associated with such act.

1. Transsexual means “people identify as, or desire to live and be accepted as, a member of the sex opposite to that assigned at birth. Many trans people desire to undergo gender transition. People who have transitioned, who do not necessarily identify as transgender or transsexual any longer, may identify as simply a man or a woman. Those that continue identifying as transsexual men or women may not want to ignore their pre-transition life, and may continue strong ties with other trans people and raising social consciousness. Many transsexual people have a wish to alter their bodies. These physical changes are collectively known as gender reassignment therapy and often (but not always) include hormone replacement therapy and sex reassignment surgery. References to "pre-operative", "post-operative" and "non-operative" transsexual people indicate whether they have had, or are planning to have sex reassignment surgery, although some trans people reject these terms as objectifying trans people based on their surgical status and not their mental gender identity.”
2. Transvestite means “A transvestite is somebody who cross-dresses. The term "transvestite" is used as a synonym for the term "cross-dresser", although it has been stated that "cross-dresser" is the preferred term. The term "transvestite" and the associated term "transvestism" are conceptually different from the term "fetishistic transvestism" (a.k.a. "transvestic fetishism"), as "transvestic fetishist" describes those who intermittently use clothing of the opposite gender for fetishistic purposes, and "transvestite" does not.”
3. Homosexual means “someone who practices homosexuality; having a sexual attraction to persons of the same sex”. If the same sex “activity” being done by female, then we called it “lesbianism”.
4. Hermaphrodite means “someone who are born with both male and female sexual reproductive organ”

All in all, transsexual is what we Malaysian called “Bapok, Makyah or Pondan”. So how is it different from hermaphrodite? Well, transsexual is what you want to be, e.g.. Simon is born male but somewhere down the line, Simon like to become a women.

A hermaphrodite is born with two sexual organ, e.g.. Mary was born with a “penis” and a vigina”, but as she grows up, she feel emotionally and biologically that she is more of a man. Means she can opted to change her gender by removing her vigina as it would not serve her.

It look very weird right? Well we can only pity for those who have such “luck”.

Anyway, back to Fatine’s case. “She” wants we Malaysian not to judge her by religion but by humanity. What the hell is she talking about? We who have strong belief in religion would not be able to do as she requested but it is obvious that the British media seems to sympathize “her”.

Fatine has the “cheek” to say that “she” is so afraid to come back to Malaysia as “she” feels that her life would be in danger or “she” would not stand to be away from “her” husband for long period of time. My god, what a remark by a person who was born MALE and Muslim. Fatine admitted that what “she” is dong was wrong in Islam but yet “she” still insisting that “she” has the right to marry the person “she” love under “humanity” grounds! What a bunch of bull!

Life should be simple and according to what we have learn or set upon by each religion. I’m not arguing on base of Islam but I’m sure Christians and other religion have the same rule for people who performs “sodomite”!

I’m not expert in other religion but I’m very sure Islam condemns the act of homosexual or sodomites, even dressing or imitating a female or male act, dress or behavior is probihated in Islam.

If you are born with two sexual organ, then it is only right you can choose which gender you want to be but if you are born as men, then you should be man and vice versa.

Almost all the transsexual would say that they did not ask this to happen to them. They did not ask to be as what they are now. So who’s fault is it? Human or God? God can never be wrong! So it must be humans….why are humans so weak?

Humans are not weak as they were created with no other animal or angels have…humans have BRAIN to think! By having a brain, you can think what is right and what is wrong. We can suppress our lust or control our own behavior. So how do we have “Fatine”? It is simple, the transsexual, homo’s and so on just gave in to their lust and devils! Yes! blame it to the devils!

I strongly disagrees with the homo sympathizer’s that the homos or transsexual have the right to choose what they want to be. That is simply wrong. Even by nature standards is wrong!

The Malaysia government should have taken harsh punishment against Fatine’s case as “she” not only bring shame to Malaysia, “she” has brought shame to the Malays and Islam too. The government should also consider rounding up all the homos and transsexual in Malaysia and give them some sort of punishment or counseling for their action…..leaving that, it reminds me of one famous political figure that was sack due to his sodomite action….wonder if I can mention his name……

PAS kata tiada melayu didalam PAS, yang ada ialah Islam. UMNO pula kata Melayu itu Islam kerana mengikut definasi kamus dewan bahasa.
Perbedaan pendapat antara PAS dan UMNO tak banyak sebenarnya tetapi banyak isu temeh remah telah dipolitikkan oleh mereka dari PAS dan UMNO. Ini juga ditambah dengan pihak yang tidak mahu PAS dan UMNO bergabung kerana sekiranya ini terjadi, UMNO dan PAS tidak perlukan sokongan kaum minoriti untuk memerintah negara ini.

Sekiranya PAS dan UMNO mampu mencapai kata sepakat dan persefahaman, negara kita mampu menjadi lebih kuat dan seterusnya ekonomi semakin mantap tetapi ini tidak mungkin berlaku kerana PAS tidak mahu dilebel sebagai parti yang bersekongkol dengan UMNO yang dianggap parti sekular.

Saya percaya sekiranya Nik Aziz sudah tiada lagi didalam PAS, pemimpin generasi muda PAS mampu duduk berunding dengan UMNO untuk menyatukan ummah. UMNO mampu menerima pandangan PAS. UMNO mampu melaksanakan apa yang PAS mahu tetapi adakah PAS sanggup meletakkan egonya ketepi sekiranya ini berlaku?

Sekiranya UMNO mampu melaksanakan apa yang PAS impikan, adakah diketika itu PAS masih releven? PAS perlu mengambil kira isu ini sekiranya mahu terus releven dimasa hadapan.

Saya percaya perlaksanaan hukum Allah mampu dilakukan tetapi ia mungkin mengambil masa kerana untuk menglaksanakannya ia perlu diluluskan oleh Parlimen dan banyak pindaan perlu dilakukan untuk menampung keperluan hukum ini.

PAS harus berfikir matang dan terbuka untuk mencapai kata sepakat. Sekiranya Nabi Muhammad S.W.A mampu berkompromi dengan pihak Quraisy semasa mahu mengerjakan haji buat kali pertama, kenapa PAS dan UMNO tak mampu berbuat demikian?

Adakah salah sekiranya PAS dan UMNO bertemu dan bermuzakharah? PAS lebih sanggup bersekongkol dengan DAP dan PKR kerana tidak mahu "malu".

UMNO dah mulakan langkah pertama untuk menyatukan ummah dengan menjemput PAS untuk bermuzakharah, kenapa PAS memberi banyak alasan dan menolak jemputan itu? Adakah PAS ikhlas dan tulus seperti yang diamalkan atau PAS cuma lebih wayang kulit? Jangan berselindung dibelakang ugama demi kepentingan sendiri.

So do grown ups still act in such behavior? Well, just look at how DAP Perak did to the so called “frogs” from Keadilan and DAP that jump out from the Pakatan Rakyat to become “independent”.

Isn’t it just funny how politician can be so childish and foolish? What do they get out of it? Are they trying to make it a point? Well I don’t see what point they want to prove except more of provocation.

Stepping on someone picture might not mean anything to some people as it is after all just a picture. If DAP want to prove their point, why not just go pissed or shit in front of the froggers? That would really make a different. By just stepping on ones picture, it only proves DAP got no ball to confront the froggers.

DAP leaders who allowed such act has shown poor judgment. Is this the kind of people you want to rule the country? Just imagine if DAP actually govern the country, the scenario is such:

Let say the US insulted Malaysia for our firm believe in justice for the Palestinians. What would our then Prime Minister Lim Kit Siang will do? Have Barrack Obama picture posted on the entrance floor to every government office? That would be like a primary school children fighting. See how our past Prime Minister, Tun Dr Mahathir would speak his mind about things that are not right or fair. The western countries have so much respect for him even though they despise him.

DAP need to grow up and be more mature in politics. They have controlled in Penang but lost Perak because of the froggy. They should have accepted the lost in a gentlemanly manner. A lot of voters would want to see more mature leaders to lead the country but DAP’s attitude would not enhance this image, it is bad enough they partners like Anwar the sodomy king…now the have another partner that is going senile…who is the senile partner?..Nik Aziz of course!

As I often read Chedet’s blog, I was happy that Tun finally got information on how the “ketua cawangan” behaving. So I wrote my reply to his statement here:

Salam Ybhg Tun, Saya setuju sangat dengan informasi yang Tun telah berikan.

Kita bukan saja mendengar kelemahan UMNO malah seperti kita telah menerima kelemhan ini secara terbuka. Presiden UMNO telah memberikan ucapan yang sangat bersemangat dan ini diikuti pula oleh cabaran untuk "reform" imej UMNO.

Beberepa hari dan minggu selepas perhimpunana UMNO yang lepas, menunujukkan dunia siber sibuk dengan ahli UMNO pergi ke online untuk menyebarkan bahawa UMNO kini sedia berubah. Malang sekali setelah riuh ini reda, matlamat untuk reform juga luput. Kita kembali kepada UMNO lama. UMNO lama yang mana pemimpin dari akar umbi masih tidur dan lalai. Banyak perkara yang telah diminta untuk dilaksanakan tapi apakan daya, "orang melayu ni cakap pandai" kerja tak reti buat.

Ketua cawangan yang masih belum nampak muka untuk rakyat jumpa menjadi penyakit utama UMNO. Bila dah ketua cawangan "hilang", macam mana isu rakyat tempatan nak sampai bahagian. Bila bahagian dah tak dapat berita rakyat, macam mana peringkat pusat nak selesaikan masalah rakyat. Dan bila peringkat pusat dah tak mampu dapat informasi yang sebenar, informasi "rekaan bahawa rakyat semua bahagia" disampaikan kepada menteri atau pemimpin UMNO.

Bila ini berlaku, UMNO mula lupa darat dan lalai. Jadi bila dah lalai dan menerima info yang salah, apakan terjadi masa pilihanraya akan datang? Senang saja, UMNO atau BN akan kalah teruk sebab UMNO atau BN gagal melaksanakan tanggungjawabnya kepada rakyat. Siapa yang betul-betul salah? KETUA CAWANGAN lah!

Saya sendiri masih belum dapat kesan ketua cawangan baru saya sebab dia sentiasa tak ada dirumah. Heran sebab di kawasan tempat tinggal saya tak ada pun aktiviti yang dianjurkan oleh UMNO untuk mendekati rakyat. Saya sedih sebab sebagai ahli biasa, saya mahu memindahkan keahlian saya ke kawasan yang baru. Borang dah sedia tapi ketua cawangan tak jumpa untuk dapatkan pengesahan…macam mana? Siapa boleh bantu?

Ini juga merupakan masalah UMNO. Ahli-ahli UMNO banyak yang buta IT. Yang mereka tahu ialah nak borak di kedai kopi dan lobby projek itu dan ini untuk dapatkan komisen! Cerita berjuta-juta tapi habuk pun tarak! Budaya kedai kopi ni dah macam sebati dengan daging mereka. Pengorbanan cuma untuk wang ringgit, nak korban untuk perjuangan parti cuma bila ada pilihan raya atau perhimpunan UMNO saja kerana masa ini lah duit “terpijak” mudah didapati.

Saya sangat bersemangat untuk memastikan UMNO sentiasa relevan di masa hadapan tetapi kalau ulat-ulat lama (ketua cawangan)ini tak dapat mengubah ciri-ciri kepimpinan lama mereka, UMNO akan terkubur.

Tun tahu tak bahawa setiap kali ceramah PAS diadakan, ahli PAS yang lain mampu mengikutinya melalui "live broadcast"? UMNO yang telah lama bertapak masih kuno didalam teknologi yang sedia ada. Nak gunakan komputer pun tak ada. Sepatutnya UMNO mampu menandingi mana-mana parti politik dari segi teknologi. Ini tidak, UMNO ketinggalan zaman! Apa yang dicadangkan untuk “perang maya”, cuma tinggal bualan saja. Nak kata UMNO tak ada budget, UMNO punyai banyak sumber dana, maka kenapa tak boleh kuasai alam maya siber?

Saya cadangkan bahawa UMNO perlu menaik taraf server mereka supaya website UMNO mampu memberi lebih banyak informasi dan pantas. Setiap ketua cawangan perlu ada email supaya senang dihubungi. Setiap cawangan perlu ada peralatan yang minima seperti telefon, fax, printer, komputer dan internet supaya komunikasi lebih teratur dan jelas. Ahli baru dan muda perlu lebih lantang menyoal kepimpinan ketua cawangan mereka supaya ketua cawangan ini tak lalai. Pendek kata, tak guna kalau Presiden UMNO melaungkan reformasi sekiranya ahli lain tak mendengar.

Ini lah penyakit orang melayu seperti yang dinyatakan oleh Tun dulu…"Melayu Mudah Lupa"…

In the recent days, we have seen so many individuals who pledge their support to help Chin Peng making his return back to Malaysia. For those who don’’ know who is Chin Peng…click here. The fucker is major terrorist! Not only he has not repented for his brutal action against the people of Malaysia, now he has the cheek to ask permission to be allowed back to Malaysia.

He might be an old man but we still have people who life changed because of him. These people lost their love ones because of his ideals…that is communism!

He had choose to remain as communist, he had choose not to be a Malaysia citizen, he had choose allow his followers to plunders villagers, he had allowed his followers to kill and attack those who apposed communism and now he want to come back? As my friend would say..”WHAT THE FUCK?”

DAP leaders are supporting Chin Peng cause to comeback to Malaysia. Why? Is it because he wrote an apology letter (the letter did not even acknowledge his wrongdoing)? Is it because we have to honor his wish to be burried next to his father’s grave in Setiawan, Perak?

Truthfully….I don’t give a damm on any of his excuse. Chin Peng has been in Thailand since in the 1980’s and I’m sure his life there is better. So why should we allow him to come back? He is not even a Malaysian as he did not make the effort to apply for Malaysia citizenship after independence.

Don’t tell me just he is an old man we should be compassionate, if so then what about the people who lost their father, mother, brother and sisters? They lost their love ones not because they love communist, they lost their life because they were killed by the communist!

The DAP might want Malaysian to forgive and forget…it is not that easy. Even in war you would have tribunal to prosecute those who have violated Geneva War Conventions but do we see Chin Peng being put on trial for his wrong doings? General Tojo who lead the Japanese army to invade and occupied South East Asia was sentence to death by firing squad after the war tribunal / court found him guilty.

If the DAP leaders willing to support Chin Peng return to Malaysia, then we need to make sure Chin Peng would be prosecuted on treason and murder charges. The DAP leaders who support his comeback can be tried as accomplince . Now that would be justice!

Remeber Bukit Kepong? 22 policeman and 4 civilians was killed! These HERO’s who had died still have surviving families. Would Chin Peng willing to face them and ask for forgiveness?

Chin Peng and the gang was given a chance to repent. The Baling talk was an oppurtunity for Chin Peng to repent but he choose to make things difficult and eventually the amnesty was withdrawn. So who’s fault is it? The goverment? You must be senile if you were to blame the goverment. We would not accept communist ideoly or demand!

Chin Peng aka Butcher Of Malaya did not get his name because he butchered chicken or cows…he practically got his title because he KILLED many Malaysians!

In 1989, Communist Party Of Malaya (CPM) signed the Haadyai Peace Accord with Malaysian Government. You can refer the agreement here..and here.. In the agreement it states:

“RTICLE 3 – RESIDENCE IN MALAYSIA
3.1 Members of the Communist Party of Malaya and members of its disbanded armed units, who are of Malaysian origin and who wish to settle down in MALAYSIA, shall be allowed to do so in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Since Chin Peng wish to be burried in Malaysia, he would be considered to settle here "permenantly”, if so then he would required to apply for citizenship.

3.2 Members of the Communist Party of Malaya and members of its disbanded armed units, who are not of Malaysian origin, may be allowed to settle down in MALAYSIA in accordance with the laws of MALAYSIA, if they so desire. The agreement here clearly define what non Malaysian CPM need to do if he or she choose to remain in Malaysia.

ARTICLE 4 – PROVISION OF ASSISTANCE BY THE MALAYSIAN AUTHORITIES
With regard to Article 3, the Malaysian authorities shall assist members of the Communist Party of Malaya and members of its disbanded armed units in order to help them to start their peaceful life afresh.” See how generous the Malaysian goverment willing to assist the CPM member…

ITEM 4 – RESIDENCE IN THAILAND AND FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT
4.1 The Malaysian authorities shall not object to members of the CPM and members of its disbanded armed units taking up residence in THAILAND.

4.2 Those who have settled down in THAILAND are free to enter MALAYSIA through legal means to visit their relatives, friends and for vocation.

4.3 Those who have been allowed to settle down in MALAYSIA are free to visit their relatives and friends in THAILAND through legal means.

4.4 Relatives and friends of those who have settle down in THAILAND and MALAYSIA shall be free to visit them in either country through legal means.Here the again our goverment being forgiving, we have not restricted the CPM members movement between Thailand and Malaysia..

ITEM 5 – RESIDENCE IN MALAYSIA

5.1 Members of the CPM and members of its disbanded armed units shall be allowed to take up residence in MALAYSIA if they so desire, after they have stayed in the pre-designated places in THAILAND for a minimum period of six months.

5.2 Members of the CPM and members of its disbanded armed units, who are not of Malaysian origin, may be allowed to take up residence in MALAYSIA, if they so desire, after having stayed in the pre-designated places in THAILAND for a minimum period of six months.

5.3 Those who seek to settle down in MALAYSIA must notify the Malaysian authorities of their intention to do so not later than one year from the date of the signing of the Agreement. Here is where we need to make sure Chin Peng will not return to Malaysia. It is obvious that he did not make the request as per stipulated in article 5.3.

5.4 With regard to Item 5.1 and 5.2, the CPM shall provide the necessary particulars to the Malaysian authorities for processing and verification. In this connection, the Government shall despatch relevant officers to deal with those cases in THAILAND.

5.5 Those who wish to settle down in MALAYSIA shall be categorised as follows:
5.5.1 Malaysian citizens
5.5.2 Non-citizen spouses and children of Malaysian citizens, and
5.5.3 Aliens

5.6 Those who are allowed to settle down in MALAYSIA shall be given identification papers upon their entry into MALAYSIA before they proceed to their respective places of residence of their choice.

5.7 Non-citizen spouses and children of those who are of Malaysian origin may be allowed to settle down in MALAYSIA in accordance with the laws of MALAYSIA if they so desire.

5.8 Those who have taken up residence of their own choice in MALAYSIA shall notify the MALAYSIAN authorities of their current addresses to facilitate disbursement of financial assistance.

5.9 Those who are allowed to settle down in MALAYSIA shall be taken into the country in small batches and any search that may be conducted shall be in a manner so as not to cause any embarrassment.

5.10 There shall be no publicity of their entry into MALAYSIA.

ITEM 6 – LEGAL REQUIREMENT
6.1 Loyalty to King And Country”

Item 6.1 would surely not be met by Chin Peng….When you are a communist, you would not be loyal to the King and country. This is also the reason why we should not allow Chin Peng to return. If the DAP have no respect for Bumiputra status, our Kings, Religion and country, they too can join Chin Peng in Thailand!

Raja Petra gets discharge not amounting to acquittal

I read the news with disgust! How can a person cannot be traced? If the guy is not in Malaysia, then he would sure have exited the country through one of our airports or ports which would have imigration officers.

A person just cannot dissapears just like that! His wife posted bail for him (RM5000) and that bail money would be forfeited because RPK cannot be produce in court. RM5000 is just too little for the offense he has commited. And what will the court do to the one who posted bail? NOTHING! RPK’s wife should have been arrested for assisting her husband to run away from the law.

I still cannot accept that the police failed to track RPK. Are our police that lame in tracking down fugative? Here are few suggestions:

1. If RPK in Malaysia, surely he would need money. Have the police track his bank account?
2. Okay, let’s say RPK don’t use his bank facilities i.e atm card, then he would still need money for food or lodging. How? Cash! So someone would sure pass him some money i.e wife? Uncle? Auntie? Niece? Friends? I’m sure the police would know who his connections and would be able track them.
3. His blog are regurly update. Hmmmm don’t we have IT specialist who can trace his IP address? Are our law enforcement that illitrate in IT matters? If they can track the “commentors” why not track the blogger itself?
4. Worst case scenario RPK is not in the country. So how did he left Malaysia? By swimming? Boating? Flying?
5. In the first place, his passport should have been confiscated by the court!
6. INTERPOL! Our police can work with interpol right? YES!
7. We even got extradition agreement with other nation, so how come we cannot get RPK back in Malaysia to stand trial?
8. How easy for the court to just dismiss the case on ground of NO SHOW by the defendant? Isn’t it wasting public money!
9. Every case got statue limition. I’m sure in RPK case the judge could postpone the case and issued a warrant of arrest for RPK.
10. If the warrant of arrest failed to be delivered by the police, it just mean that our police is incompetent in performing their duties!

What happen in RPK trial is just pure hollywood magic! There must be some behind close door negotiation or even some hidden deals being done.

I wonder if RPK would dare to show his face now? Maybe RPK are hiding in some “secured safe place” and being protected by some people……the mystery continues!
